Z-wing is the world’s largest commercial and military manufacturer of aircrafts. Currently Z-wing controls half of the commercial aircraft market and carries three types of aircraft models, which are the 824,878 and 888. The company employs about 160,000 people across the United States and in several different countries. Z-wing prides itself on its diverse group of employees that are extremely talented and innovative. As a result of their ambitious employees, Z-wing has been able to fulfill the mission of the company which is developing team leadership at every level, exceed in management performance, excel with product designs, and have a positive return on their investments. Janssen is the company’s closes competitor, which holds about 47% of the market. Z-wing will develop and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will help the company maintain its number one position in the market (Automating).
During these economic times, businesses all across the United States are struggling to stay above water. After careful analysis, Z-wing would like to focus on providing the best commercial aircrafts that will best serve the customers as well as building and maintaining supplier relationships. Z-wing will target their customer relationships as well as their supplier relationships as an effort to remain competitive within the market. Introducing a Customer Relationship Management System will give the marketing, sales and service personnel the tools necessary to best serve the customers and clients of Z-wing.
The strengths of the company are its position within the industry, the mission of developing team leadership at every level, innovative product designs and exceptional management performance.
