As s result of the Neolithic Revolution, civilizations came about and people changed the way they lived forever. Over time passed, civilizations and people became involved with their environment and became more industrialized.
After the Neolithic Revolution men and women were not equal. Men were more involved in agriculture. They would plant and even sometimes pick berries. Along with herding their own animals, the men hunted as well. Men were dominant. As for women, they cared for the children and also, at times, picked and gathered berries. It is believed that men and women were not equal since the Neolithic Revolution.
As the world and life were changing, families and communities began helping themselves. For instance, they learned to grow their own crops, which led to lessen the popularity of nomadic life style. Domestication was a big thing and made it easier for food instead of the dangers of hunting which also aloud them to stay where they were without the fear of hunger or starvation. This trend of agriculture may have initiated back then but is still a necessity in the life styles we live today.
Without the comfort of all the nice technology that we have today, there were consequences mistakes both good and bad. An example is if you settled in a populated area you could trade with the people around you for other necessities you may not have. Stone tools were also a must back then if you wanted to build anything or get certain jobs done. Men usually worked a lot with these tools and they had to work hard. Life styles back then were hard and cruel. Making a mistake or a bad decision was bad, however, making a good one turned out greatly in your favor.
The Neolithic Revolution was an important asset to the way we live our lives today. The things they learned and how they adapted to their environments was a very intellectual move for the so-called “Cave Man.” The technology we have today would have...
