The Seven Army Vaues And Wha They Mean To Me
WHY THE SEVEN ARMY VALUES ARE IMPORTAN TO THE ARMY AND THIS ORGANIZATION.
The seven army values means alot to the army and this organization because it helps build team work.
Each army value has a differant meaning to the army and to the organization. The first value is loyalty
and it is a very key part of the army.Without loyalty you cant have a team.
The team is loyal to every aspect of the army.Without loyalty every one be by them selfs.This is
why loyalty is so important to the army and this organization. If you dont have loyalty to your team then
your team cant funcion.Being loyal to a team means to do what ever it takes to succeed no matter what.If
you cant be loyal to your team then you dont belong to that team.
For example back in basic we had a guy that wanted to bea lonerand do what he wanted to do,he would
go to the PX to get candy and wouldnt care what happend to the team.He got everyone smoked for it and he
still did it anyway.He had no loyalty to his teamates.Loyalty is a ,ajoir part of the army. LOyalty to me
is helping even when the person isnt willing to help them self or any one eles. I try to do what im told
and be loyal to the team.If i see some one down i try to helpas much as i can without them telling me everything.
I know that i have been disloyal to the team for the last couple of weeks.in my own expereance I made every one work
harder and i took time away from there familys.
Loyalty is very important to me because then I know who is going to watch my back back when we deploy next year.
duty is the second army value and it is as important as loyalty to the army.Duty is fulfilling any task that is given
to you or your team.Duty is important because without it nothing would get donein the army.If somthing needs to get done
