Hey where can you get the cheapest gasoline? Everyone is asking that question daily, or perhaps driving by a place here they purchased gas the day before to see if it is the same price. It is safe to say that the days of gasoline for 99 cents is a thing of the past and never to be seen again unless a major miracle hits the airway. The gasoline increase has caused major problems in how business is transacted. In this paper we are researching the effects of gas purchasing and gasoline prices in the economy. Also, we will explain (a) how the proposed survey addresses the business issue, (b) determine if the survey questions are appropriate to research the business problem, (c) identify the level of measurement being used for each of the survey questions, (d) also an explanation of what ethical implications must be considered when developing survey questions.
The cost of gasoline prices has affected everyone in some sort of way: from the everyday commute to work, to school, shopping, deliveries and running errands. The more gas goes up the more it puts a strain in the community. In order for businesses that deliver and ship their products from one location to another by land, sea or air it is expensive for whatever type of vehicles they use because it requires fuel. Data that will be collected from a group of people has the ability to show how the gasoline increase has affected the population overall as a whole. There are various ways that the rate increase has affected individuals from one part of the country to another. Even individuals that are outside of the United States are being affected by the increase of gasoline. The way we receive our food, clothes, and other imported items are affected by this increase as well.
