So Called Love

but he loved me do you know how many sickening times a day i hear that phrase? too many. How do you know if it's love at first sight? Let me tell you something, it's not.I dont care how wonderful the person seems or what they said to you because anyone with half a brain can watch a episode of Dawsons Creek" and go on for hours about how s/he "loves you". Yeah, the person may really like you, they may even think that they feel that way, but you cant truely say these things unless you know them. When I say "knowing them" i dont mean being able to say "they have blonde hair, blue eyes and thier favorite color is red". No. What im talking bout is being able to walk in a room, take one good look at them and be able to tell me how they are feeling, most-likely why they r feeling that way and possibly who they r feeling that way towards with out a word said. You have to know everything about their world, their hopes, fears, pasts...being able to let your hair down around them. trusting them with your life and knowing that you would give your life for them. Being able to connect with them on a level that no one else can connect with you on. By the time you have spent all that time with them, and going through all those experiences with them and you can still HONESTLY recite last nights episode of "Dawsons Creek to them, well, you've got love.
