Sars

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is an atypical pneumonia for which the cause has not yet been determined. Due to the spread of SARS to several countries in a short periond of time, the World Health Organization (WHO) has issued emergency guidance for travellers and airlines. "This syndrome,is now a worldwide health threat," said Dr. Gro Brundtland of the W.H.O. The world needs to work together to find its cause, cure the sick, and stop its spread. This disease was mostly among China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The main symptoms of the disease are high fever, and shortness of breath.
