Salary Or Job Satisfaction Should Be The Main Cosideration While Choosing A Job Or A Career.
Introduction
In this materialistic world, there are lots of people who believe that salary is the most important consideration when choosing a job or a career. But on the other hand there is another group of people who believe that job satisfaction is the most important aspect above all else. Different people value different priorities in life. I understand that I don’t drive one of the fanciest cars out there, I don’t have a mansion to live in, but I am well satisfied with what I do because I know I am making a difference in a lives of children. While on the other hand there are some other professions such as a general manager of a professional sports team that gets paid millions of dollars a year, but the job is literally around the clock and stress intensive.
