Principles of Marketing Analysis
This class has been a very interesting one indeed, I’ve never considered marketing skills one that I would need to be a leader, but indeed it is a very much needed skill in order to be able to organize and manager a business office properly. I’d like to take the points of our discussion threads as a guide in writing my analysis for this paper. I did not know much concerning marketing and I was very concerned once I realized I had to write a paper about it, I was not comfortable thinking about at all but I am ready to try.
According to the text Principles of Marketing, it states that marketing is “The process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return”. (cited in Kotler and Armstrong, 2008, p. 5), capturing value from their customers is the bond in which all vendors want to make with their customers in order to successful. This process will not be an easy one because successful marketing is a sill of processes and it required a very competitive creative style in order to gain the marketing advantage for each business owner.
Many CEO hire a marketing team and other simply replies on those chosen of their staff to handle the marketing responsibilities. This can be a very costly decision of the CEO if they do not have a good marketing team weather they are hired from an outside company or in house staff the communication they make with the customer will be the selling concept in which the business is be based on. Having the advantage of work-of-mouth advantage is made by the both the product and the marketing team, if a business is fortunate enough to have both they are off to a very good start in becoming a multi billion dollar business in my opinion.
