Persuassive Paper

Brainstorming, writing and revising a topic for a cause and effect paper is not as difficult as wring the previous two essays. Basically, it was easier to decide upon two topics and compares the two. Then you just give examples of why. What happened? Because this happened this is the result.
As always, when writing my papers, I always resort back to the model essay that was giving in the beginning of the class. Then I just started by discussing several ideas that I could fully, write about and explain to my audience. I even thought of something as simple as the forecast showing rain and the daily traffic on Interstate 465. Now that can be a disaster. When there is chance of rain, sleet, or snow, drivers automatically retrieve into a mode of panic. Writing this paper, I was a lot more confident and had a better understanding of moving forward with the next paper or any paper. It took less time to organize my paper, and more confidence in putting the ideas on paper and make them appealing. I have better control in writing and a sentence structure. I can easy flow from one point o another without drifting off into another subject that is no a part of the paper. I overcame my self doubt by starting off with the main idea first and not all of the supporting points. I put most of my time into writing my thesis statement. The difference between my first paper and my last was the amount of time that I put into it. Not to say that it was a bad thing. Knowing the proper format to put my paper in was a plus. Proper use of commas and conjunction words was also a great tool. Organizing my supportive paragraphs that supported my different points of my thesis was the major takeaway of writing each paper.
