Paying It Forward
After watching the movie Pay It Forward on Christmas last year, it has set me pondering over how the world could actually become a better place if we bothered to simply- Pay It Forward.
Paying it forward is the process by which one asks for nothing in return when he helps someone. But instead, just request the person he has helped to pay if forward through helping three other people. In the movie, the pay it forward movement actually spreaded from state to state.
Personally, I feel that we should really try to pay it forward in all aspects of our life. It is not uncommon to see students helping out at community events, doing community work for example at old folks home. But they have overlooked the fact of looking after their own grandparents.
It would really make a huge difference to someone's life if one actually started helping people around you, like helping a classmate who feels troubled. People are sometimes too concerned about helping strangers that they actually forget that their friends and family could actually benefit from some words of care and concern.
