Pure dark chocolate By Galina Vorobets Most of the people believe that the believe that chocolate is bad because of all the myths out there, but Vorobets explains really well why pure dark chocolate has benefits in our health, rather than doing any bad. The most memorable part of the essay, in my opinion, was the part where Vorobets explains that the key ingredient in the cocoa (the key ingredient in the chocolate) is the Flavonoids (which act as an antioxidant) and the amount of magnesium it has. She starts with an introduction that invites the reader to read and get some knowledge about the well-known chocolate. I liked how she gives at the beginning some background about t who were the first cultures to be known to use cocoa, the key ingredient of the chocolate. Vorobets also explains how cocoa is the ingredient of the chocolate that has the most beneficial health nutrition facts. The only thing I didn’t liked about the essay was the fact that Vorobets keep saying the fact about 70% of cocoa is the best. She already told us that so why does she keep telling us that. I liked how she used the narrative method of writing because I think it uses details that further in the paper the reader will need to make its own judgment and opinion or conclusion about the subject or theme of the paper.
