Nancy Drew

Book Review

The book I am reviewing is Nancy Drew and the Mystery of the Whistling Bagpipes by Carolyn Keene.

In this adventure, Nancy's Great-Grandmother's precious heirloom was supposed to be given to Nancy. Nancy suspects the heirloom is not lost but stolen.

Lady Douglas, Nancy's Great-Grandmother, lives in Scotland. Nancy decides to travel to Scotland along with her friend Bess and Bess' cousin George.

After Nancy's arrival to Scotland, a man keeps on putting her in danger. He is pushing people down mountains and trying to get Nancy into car accidents. It is like he doesn't want Nancy to find this heirloom. This mysterious man is just one of Nancy's enemy's in this novel.

I thought this book was full of adventure and mystery, after all that is the theme!

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars because it is well written.
