Making A Presentation

In today's world, presentation is an essential part of not only business life but also student's school life. It is generally use to transfer ideas, to convey messages, to Express ourselves and impress co-workers. Making a presentation has three main steps; research, planning and actual presentation. Initially, research is the most important level of making presentation, because we meed more information about the topic which we want to transfer to the others. There are many ways to gather information, such as web sites, questionaries, libraries, jurnals, experiences of some people who have more experience about the topic, and also periodicals and statistics. Planning the presentation is the second step of making a presentation. This is includes adding some photos or imagesi quotations and graphs into the text. Adding these visual supports to our presentation is positive because a lack of visual material it monotonous. Lastly, we need some computer programs to make our presentation. For example MS Powerpoint is a usefull computer programme which is used almost all over the world. We also need an overhead projector and laptop to show more people our presentation. In addition, we have to use body language while we are making presentation. It is very important to convey our message and convincing.

In conclusion, we need to do a beter presentation to Express ourselves, tos hare our information and to convey our messages..
