Overview:
Rewarding excellence for improving employees is the focal point of this initiative. The objective of this pilot performance-based program, along with profitable revenues, will focus directly on performance, achievement, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives. This pilot program is also specifically designed to address the needs of employees and help optimize conditions for further learning.
InterClean proposes a pilot Performance-based Compensation Plan for the following individuals: Jim Martin, Tom Gonzalez, Susan Burnt, Eric Borden, Ving Hsu and Terry Garcia. The plan pays a bonus for excellence as determined by specific criteria mentioned above.
The amount of Performance-based Compensation Plan for qualifying employees would be determined by using a mathematical formula which includes money available.
The Performance-based Compensation Plan is based on the successful completion of goals, extended training, performance and sales.
Eligibility:
To receive from the Performance-based Compensation Plan the following must be met:
1. An employee must receive a recommendation from the District Manager, Manager and or Supervisor based on successful administrative observations and evaluations.
2. The employee must distribute an approved InterClean, Inc. survey form and analyze the results of the survey. The input of this survey will have to come from customers, vendors, and administration and other services. The overall satisfaction of this survey must rate more than 3.5 or above on a 0-5 point scale.
3. The employee must also be involved in a higher learning program, volunteer and or mentoring programs.
