1. Executive summary
The organization has changed its new direction to providing investment counseling in addition to the insurances services. This change has caused some conflicts between two sections of the Human Recourse Management, namely Selection & Recruitment and Training & Development.
The two sections blame the others for the responsibilities of the high turnover rate. The Selection & Recruitment section stated that is due to the improper training and development provided to the existing staff whereas the Training & development section complaint that was because of the wrong hires by the Selection & Recruitment section. The conflict has violated the mission statement of the organization and the two sections work in a disharmonious environment and has created great loss to the organization.
