Executive summary
Business companies are now facing the challenge from the changes in the technology. And in order to cope with the challenge, a company should be able to develop the appropriate strategy either offensive or defensive strategies to protect itself from the competitor.

Not only that they should also study the trend and the movement of the current situation as well as that of competitors. It should be able to track for the potential market as well as act as a first mover to capture the demand and gain the competitive advantage over others.

This study would show how a firm should enhance their performance and try to improve itself for the future. What factors should a firm pay careful attention on and how a firm should adapt or adjust itself.

2.1 Problem background

Ever since people are better connected by changes in technologies, world seems to be smaller and smaller each day. Technology keeps us adapting ourselves to the new environment such as adapting ourselves to the new culture, the new life pattern so on and so forth. Not only the ordinary people who are affected by these changes, in the world of business many companies face the challenges from them as well.

In today's business world, both local and foreign companies are seeking for ways to expand their products and capture the demand of a particular market. Each company faces with different challenges in accordance with the difference in industries they are classified in. So what seems to be the most critical issue nowadays is how well a company, either local or foreign producer, could sustain its business as well as seek for growth?
