Personal Ethics
Introduction
A scientific device that is used to show or give geographical direction can be termed as compass. From the above definition, a moral compass is anything that guides or gives direction in an individual’s decision making process that is strictly based on true virtues or morals. Professional moral compass implies that there are standards of moral or virtues that entail a particular profession. Although some professional morals are learned or acquired, there are the in-born morals that exist in each individual’s life, which are referred to as the conscience. The individual conscience can be developed and will guide a person’s life on what is right or wrong (Butts & Rich, 2005).

I believe we as individuals must have determination, willpower, and confidence in ourselves to attain these values. I don’t believe in getting something from doing nothing. Success comes with a price and by putting God first. My spiritual walk is very intimate for me. My life is centered on God. He is the reason of my existence.
Professional Values
