I beleive that youth should serve their time in the facitity that is identicle to a adults prision but is strictly for youth offenders. I also beilve that youth offenders should take apart in intense counseling and take a life Skills(like the one offered at Elizabeth Wyn Wood). And finial I believe that the system must be tough on the youth!

I beleive that youth should serve their time in the facitity that is identicle to a adults prision but is strictly for youth offenders. If so youth would not want to be capitive in an adult prision. This living situation would get youth in the right mind to rehabilitate them self and get their life back in order.
