English language is an obstacle for the student Nowadays, a lot of students are flocking to foreign countries especially English speaking countries? universities for their higher education. However, for some students whom the English is the second language to them, might find a hindrance to get flying colors result or enjoyable life there. With limited English, students are unable to cope with the lessons, which teach in English. Besides, it is difficult for them to absorb the materials that given by the lecturer .As a result, it becomes an obstacle to obtain good results. Difficulties in communication with friends are also a headache for them. They cannot interact well with each other or discuss tutorials together. Different usage of languages will contribute to misunderstandings among friends. Hence, others, who may think them unsociable, will ignore the students with poor English. As time goes by, this lack of social contact damages a student?s self-esteem and discourages his or her desire to learn Englis! h and even to study in general. Moreover, spending time on learning English, they have no time to concentrate on the major courses. Hence, if the students are not able the timetable efficiently, it will lead to bad impacts on their academic results. Therefore, in order not to let the English language be a burden, we should have improved our English skill before studying abroad.
