As a student of Michigan state university I believe that I will bring many unique qualities, skills and traits to the campus. One quality that I have and will bring to the your school will be my tenacity, once I start something I can never seem to stop. A skill that I could contribute at your campus would be music. I play three instruments which are tuba, trombone, and piano, and am planning on possibly becoming a music major. A trait that I have that can either work for me or against me is that I am a perfectionist. For these reasons I believe that maybe I should be admitted to the University of Michigan.
The tenacity that I have has always come in handy for me in one way or another. In fact I doubt I would have made it this far in school without it. I never would have done my homework or studied when I needed to if I did not have this quality. My tenacity sometimes becomes a burden however, because I always use caution when starting something and never try to start something that I can't finish. Therefore sometimes I miss out on opportunities, but yet at the same time eliminate meaningless tasks that there never was a point in doing anyway. Although my tenacity can sometimes be harmful to me it always seems to be more of an asset then a burden, and I would like to contribute this quality to your university
A unique skill that I possess that every school needs is music. I could contribute this skill in many ways many of which involve one of the three instruments that I play.
