Yes the U.S should continue use the capital punishment; however, it should be used only for rare cases and under a fair trial.   Of course the above sentence support the capital punishment for capital crime, but there is that other part of me that does not stand for capital punishment and believe that other punishment could replace the first choice.   However, with violence and crime being so often, a major punishment should be applied so that people get afraid and do not continue to commit crime.   Death crimes are very common recently, we actually hear of them everyday.   We hear about people being killed from a wrong gun shot and just to get couple of hundred of dollars and many other reasons that make killing an easy thing to do. If people are thinking of committing murder and are aware that they will be released because of early parole, then it will not effectively deter any future crime from happening.   I believe that capital punishment should apply to those who deserve it and planned to be in this situation.   Deciding to kill someone is major violence thinking, and has to have some respond to it.   People should know that by killing anyone, you are basically ending your own life, and that will deter some people from even practicing any violent thinking.   Of course their will be sometimes where capital punishment will not deter violent people from practicing violence, however it will deter many people from attempting to do any crime that could lead to and death punishment. What...
