When man has lived a life without computers, why is it not possible now. Internet have been useful in many fields like railway reservation, emails, browsing the net, wi-fi facility, e-shopping etc. In olden days people had to do things going to each place.But with the advent of internet, everything has become easy. People shop for things staying at home. They can book tickets from home. Students benefit by browsing the internet for information regarding their subjects. Internet has also served as an entertainment. With new technologies coming up, Internet has become a vital part in life.
There are so many disadvantages of using internet like the presence of obscene websites, cyber crimes. The use of internet by children has to be monitored by an adult. The computer can be placed in a common room so that the monitoring can be done. The use of personal information in public sites can be avoided. People have become lazy without having to go out getting things done through the internet. The wi-fi facility has helped in connecting people at any place of need.
Hacking is again a problems faced with the use of internet. It leads to loss of personal information. Cetain sites contain virus threats which may cause harm to the computer.It is upto the usage of the person using the sites. When there are so many disadvantages why has not there ben any action taken against this. We have the cyber crime who support quite a lot of people who are threatened through emails.
