Accessible Journeys, Inc. provides travel services to people whose mobility is limited to wheel chairs. These services are offered via a network of services contracted with various types of service providers. The primary tangible properties AJ employs to deliver its services, i.e., wheelchairs, assessable van rentals, and other equipment comes from service providers they contract with.   However, AJ’s management team can interact with the contracted service providers on issues of client safety, security and equipment maintenance   in identifying and addressing issues that would compromise or impact the service to its clients.

Because AJ handles the complete travel arrangements of its clients, i.e., hotel reservations, accessible van rentals, personal care attendants, prepurchased rail and air tickets, etc. it’s important that it monitors the transactional activity of its travel agents and service providers.
