2. Every educator needs to be concerned about motivation.
B. Secondly, improving career prospects.
1. Gain skills which make people well equipped for work
2. Develop cognitive traits.
C. How to achieve the aims:

ii. Intrinsic
III. Conclusion.
It is certainly to say that motivation has a great influence on education performance. Even extrinsic motivation in childhood can play a significant role in development of intrinsic motivation, which contributes to future success.

Academic study is commonly considered as the most important part of education. Every person identifies their own purposes in this world and then tries to find ways of achieving them. This essay will first explain some aims of academic study and then possible ways to achieve them. There are lots of important aims of academic study. Firstly, it is getting academic knowledge. Then raising the degree of knowledge of the whole society. But on the other hand, a lot of people argue that the most important aim of academic study is improving career prospects.
