Name: Nnaemeka Kalu   Course: Writing 102, Section 9   Instructor: William Bauer   Date: 16th November, 2008.   Pro-life, according to general statistics; are often more in number compared to pro-choice, notwithstanding the population difference, the opinions of these people have to be properly put under consideration before conclusion, to ensure justice as it should be in a civilized society. There are many ways people to put their opinion forward in their own advantage some of this ways include; public open rallies, discussions, debates, talk show, radio talks, e.t.c. From the above mentioned sources it can be drawn that the message pro-life intends to pass, shows their opinion on elective abortion, showing that they feel a woman should have total rights over her body, being able to make certain decisions such as; keeping a child or aborting it without any law restricting her with available resources such as fundings for the operation to be successfully performed, Stepping into the pregnant woman’s way by taking away her reproductive choice should be considered wrong in the sense that, if the government can force a woman to continue a pregnancy those this mean they also have the right to force a woman to use contraception or undergo sterilization?.   Another widely chosen case is that of incest and rape. Incest is when a woman is impregnated by her son or, by her father. Forcing a woman who was made pregnant in this violent act would cause further psychological harm to the victim, should abortion be considered in this case? These questions are the major driving force of the pro-life people.   After a full consideration of their points I still come to a conclusion that there are other alternatives for people in these conditions and most of their concepts of reasoning are not rational.
