In the article, The 2010 Meltdown, by Edward E. Gordon talks about the future problems caused by the baby boomers and how most of them will be retiring by the year 2010. He also speaks about the job crisis and how theirs going to be a lack of people to fill in as replacements. As a short term effect I believe that it will be difficult to get a job at first because we wont have the training many of the older generation has. But it will motivate me an other people to get more experience and get a better overall education to help with getting a career going.The 2010 Meltdown, by Edward E.
